Build Bugfixes 'n' Tweaks

Just threw in a quick update with a few fixes 'n' changes:
- dpad can now be used to steer/accelerate/decelerate
- patched a hole present near the quarter pipes by the parallel grindrails
- added a few more hats cuz why not
