Manual 'n' Combo Tweakz

Howdy Ya'll,

I just pushed a new build with a couple few neat tweaks:

- manuals/nose manuals are easier to input with analog sticks - diagonal inputs opposite of the x-axis can also trigger a manual. the consecutive input window has also been bumped up to 300 ms from 125 ms, so you can rock the stick up 'n' down a lot slower and still get a manual.

- manuals can also be triggered during the bouncy landing animation. previously you'd have to buffer the manual before touching the ground, but now you have until the end of the landing animation to buffer a manual and continue your combo.

- a manual buffered midair before landing will come out immediately when touching the ground.

I'm always slowly rolling-in gamepad support for the character customization menu. All that's left for me to do on that front is to put together an onscreen keyboard.
