Linux Build is Up! + smol fix + new hat/mask

Howdy Gamers,

Olliefrog Toad Skater now has a Linux Build up 'n' running!

Also my linux tester noticed that the spinskeys didn't work on keyboard-only. Oops. That's fixed now! On all platforms!

With all those builds settled-out, I'm also gonna try getting a build up on Steam ASAP so players don't have to redownload the apps here. However I'll keep reuploading them here for folks who don't wanna go through Steam.
