So,

It turns out there are some of you with old old Macbooks. Like real old. like over 10 years old.

The good news is that I can tell Unity3D to not-have-to-use Metal. Fun fact - Metal only first got support in El Capitan, which was around 2012!

So for those such models, I went ahead and made a downloadable appropriately named "My-Macbook-is-older-than-2012".
